Q: What's the minimum order quantity?
A: Normally to say, the minimum order quantity should be 500pcs/item. But in order to enable our customer to valuate the quality of our products, we can accept the small order. Our sales strategy is flexible
Q: Can I get free samples? How about the freight?
A: For our new customer: We can provide you free samples if the costs of samples are below US$10, but the courier freight will be collect. For our old customers who have already placed mass orders to us, all samples and courier freight are free of charge.

Q: Can I get your price list for all your products?
A: Since we have so many kinds of products, it is better for you to tell us which items that you are interested in so that we can give you the best quotations.
Q: What's your international standards meet?
A: ISO9001:2000, CE approval
Q: Can I get your catalog?
A: yes. We have catalogs. Firstly we will suggest you to view our website to get some information about our company, If you think it is better for you to get our printed catalogs, Please tell us your detailed address and phone no. so that we can mail the catalogs to you.
Q: What's the delivery time that you can promise?
A: Usually, the goods will be delivered within 15-20 days after we received your Purchase Order and payment. The exact time depend on content that you order.
Q: How do you send the goods to us?
A: We usually send the goods to our customer by air. We have our own forwarder who can provide reliable service, we certainly can use your forwarder to send the goods to you if you ask us to do so. It is depend on your requirements.
Q: How about the payment term?
A: We accept T/T in advance for small order and L/C at sight for larger order.
Q: How about the quality warranty?
A:Two year from delivery date (depend on products) .If there is really the quality problems with our products, we will replace the inferior products with the new one or return money back to you. Do not break our dated quality seal otherwise the guaranty will be voided. Guaranty does not applied to physical damages.

Q: How can I work as your sole distributor in our city, area or country?
A: If you can sell our products worth USD 30,000 per year, you can become out sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth USD150,000 or above per year, you can become our sole distributor in your country.
